A scientific conference combining plenaries, parallel sessions and a pharmaceutical and medical equipment exhibition at the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, followed by a workshop day at the Waldorf Astoria. Kaleidoscope produced the full programme of events, including accommodation, international speaker hospitality and evening events.
