What it takes to make everything work.

Founded 1999.

A conference entrance concourse: a circular illuminated sign welcoming delegates to a World Health Organization regional committee session, lit banner columns along the wall, and a printed floor graphic running the length of the walkway.

Kaleidoscope designs and delivers complex live environments for companies, brands and international organizations.

Some begin with an international assembly. Others with an exhibition, a temporary venue or a room that has to become something else entirely. Each brings a different set of people, systems and decisions.

Our responsibility runs from the first question to the final handover.

A full hall at the moment of the show: beams cutting through haze from the stage, lighting rigged on trusses overhead and the crowd with their hands up.
Strategy
We define what the project has to achieve and what people should understand, feel or remember.
Design
We plan the environment, the sightlines and the way people move through it.
Production
The design becomes a build: suppliers, schedules, structures and the long list nobody sees.
Execution
Then it goes live. Everything has to work.
